BECAPTURE AS was founded Q1 2023 and is a wholly owned subsidiary by BEFORM HOLDING AS.

Biobe AS has been a part of the listed industrial company BEWI ASA since September 2017. End of 2021 Biobe was sold to the company BEFORM Holding AS. Biobe’s operations were not within BEWI’s core business, and therefore BEWI thinks going forward the company will have better growth opportunities in BEFORM.
